IMAGE OF SOUNDS at the BAC -Wandsworth Arts Festival
Wednesday 3 November at 7:30 pm / Tickets £ 6.75 / conc £ 4.50
A multimedia concert that includes 9 works combining electroacustic music
accompanied by images using animation, colour, narrative. Between the mixed
media pieces there will be short music-only pieces called Promenades, composed for
this concert. The setup of the concert is inspired by Mussorgsky’s Pictures
at an Exhibition.

ŒSPORIDIUM PHOS music and animation by Michael Bunce (UK) World Premiere
INTERAXIONI music by Gabriel Maldonado (It) and images by Anna Mariani (It)
DISPHASE music and images by Stefano Scarani (It)
FERMEZ LES YEUX SVP music by Arturo Rodas (Ec-Fr) and film by Rupert
Davies-Cooke (UK) Film’s World Premiere
VIS A VIS: music and animation by Dennis Miller (USA)
LIQUID FEAR: music by Rodrigo Sigal (Mex) and film by Camila Villagran
(Chile) and Felipe Gomez (Mex)
KON TIKI: music: Jorge Campos / video: Olga Kumeger (Russia)
2. PROMENADES:
The Promenades are composed by Jorge Campos, Juan Campoverde and Mesias
Maiguashca. All the 8 Promenades are world premieres.Concert curated by Arturo Rodas and Rodrigo Sigal
